TEDxWaltham 2019 Speaker Application & Guidelines

 

TEDxWaltham is an independently organized TED-like event in Waltham, MA. Our goal is to highlight ideas that are relevant to our Waltham community, but that have universal appeal to all humans. We strive to spotlight local voices and innovators to our event attendees and to those around the world who view our TEDx talks online.

We are particularly interested in showcasing new ideas in technology, entertainment, and design that spark people’s curiosity and inspire action, creativity, and innovation in the world.

Our 2019 theme is “Going Places,” and with it we hope to explore both inner and outer journeys, frontiers in science, technology, and entertainment, and learn about how we can enrich our present to create a new understanding of our past and where we’ve been.
